One of my favorite teams in college football the Northwestern Wildcats had a heartbreaking season this year. It started out great the Wildcats were ranked in the top 25 in the preseason rankings. They went on to win 4 straight games destroying any opponent in their path. Then, the Ohio State game came. I was so excited. Northwestern was ranked #16 against #4 Ohio State. The game was on prime time TV. Northwestern led for almost the whole game. But then the 4th quarter came and Ohio State pulled away.

This is when it starts going bad, we lost seven straight 2 in overtime and one by a Hail Mary. So this was a very disappointing season for the wildcats, but I can’t wait for next year.

Most of the time I get my homework done during wildcat time, but sometimes I goof off. I always regret doing that. When I goof off I have to do the homework at home where there’s all sorts of distractions. So if you focus and get your work done you can go do whatever you want.

This weekend my dad took me up to Dallas to go see the Texas-OU game. The drive up there was pretty awful because there was so much traffic. Once I got to the hotel I was so tired I went to sleep immediately. We got up early the next morning and drove to the cotton bowl where the game is played. It was so fun because we beat Oklahoma. After the game we walked around the state fair for awhile, then we drove home.

This is what we learned in Spanish. It took me a while to learn it. But I did well on the alphabets test Spanish.

I went up to Michigan this summer to see my grandfather. I do this every year , and in the past couple of years I have seen some signs that were advertising sailing. I was curious to see what it would be like to sail so I decided to try it this year. It turned out to be an awesome decision it was so fun. I was a bit nervous about it at first when I got to the yacht club on White Lake because I didn’t know anybody. Then, when I got on the boat all those feelings went away I became friends with the kids on the boat who were my fellow crew mates. The instructors were nice too, One time there was a ton of wind my boat caught that wind and we were propelled to a super speed. It was the ultimate adrenaline rush it only got more fun when we flipped it took us a while do get back to the dock, but when we did I couldn’t wait till the next day of sailing.
